Refund Request and Policy
In case you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund on this page. Just fill the required fields and submit it.
Please note we will only issue a full refund if you submit this form within your first seven days of purchase. After the first week of the payment, we will partially refund the money based on the time period you used the service. The support team will be in touch with customers in all refund claims. We will appreciate your feedback on what made you cancel your subscription.
Note: In general, the refund process takes a business day to be completed. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to do it sooner. Our staff will do their best to check your request as quickly as possible.
